A University of California Davis graduate, Elizabeth Roya Emami attended medical school at Drexel University in Philadelphia. She then completed her residency at Nassau University Medical Center with training in both General and Plastic Surgery. After being in private practice for the last 8 years, her passion for helping her patients with minimally invasive rejuvenation therapies has led her to focus her attention in these areas. Utilizing the latest methods, Dr. Roya specializes in facial rejuvenation through dermal fillers (Radiesse/Juvederm) or fat grafting (utilizing your own fat). It is her firm belief that maximum anti-aging effects can be achieved through proper skin care, Botox and facial fillers thereby avoiding the need for more invasive modalities. Dr. Roya is distinguished from other plastic surgeons in the area by her out-going, fun-loving personality helping each and every patient feel at ease. Her patients state any apprehension they may have had, vanished immediately during the consultation and they left with a feeling of renewed confidence. In her spare time, Dr. Roya enjoys gardening, Zumba and learning about the newest advances in aesthetic technologies.

Karen Auer - Licensed Aesthetician

Karen started working at Natural Beauty Derma Spa in June 2010. She received skin care training from the highly accredited New York Institute of Beauty. After receiving her license, she went on to receive advanced certifications with prestigious skin care companies such as Obagi, Image, Dermalogica, Glo, and Topix. Certified and highly skilled in Fantasy Spray Tanning. Karen is a licensed Medical Aesthetician specializing in chemical peels, signiture facials, oxygen facials, spray tanning, microdermabrasion, silk peel, acne treatments and waxing.  Additionally, she is certified in Radiofrequency treatments that include Milia and Skin Tag Removal.

Founder and Visionary: David Kavesteen, MD

Dr. David Kavesteen attended the School of Medicine at SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn, New York and completed his residency at the prestigious New York University Medical Center. He is a Board Certified Physician practicing medicine since 2001 and has a genuine interest in prevention in all facets of health care, particularly in skin care. Dr. Kavesteen has pursued additional education and training focused on the prevention of skin damage and maintaining your skin’s natural beauty. He launched Natural Beauty Derma Spa, an entire facility dedicated to skincare and helping clients take care of themselves and their skin in a luxurious, comfortable, and professional environment, to further this goal.
